About Georgia

Georgia Stewart is one of the world's leading experts in shareholder-voting technology, with extensive knowledge of and passion for stewardship issues. Her expertise lies in sustainable investing, systemic risk, governance, and voting misalignment.

She is co-founder and CEO of Tumelo, a global scale-up building pass-through voting infrastructure that empowers investors and fund managers to offer greater optionality when it comes to stewardship strategies. Tumelo has raised over $25 million from notable investors such as Treasury VC, LGIM, and Fidelity. 

She has been featured in Forbes Magazine for her work in creating market-leading shareholder-voting solutions, both on the magazine's daily cover, as well as in the magazine's 2023 Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list.

In addition to leading Tumelo's business, she is a member of Aviva’s Independent Governance Committee, where she brings her passion for investor engagement and ESG issues to help the Committee monitor Aviva’s ambitious net zero carbon targets, both from a corporate and investment perspective.
