Tumelo is delighted to announce that Arun Sarwal has joined the company as Chair of the Board.
Arun has spent his career scaling fund infrastructure businesses globally. Across 35+ years, he's been on all sides of the table — as a consultant, technology service provider, and operator within a range of financial institutions. His experience spans over 30 countries, and he's lived in eight of them.
Notably, he led FundsLibrary through to its sale to Broadridge in 2020, then ran Broadridge's Fund Communication Solutions division. Before that, he was COO and CFO at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, with earlier senior roles at SS&C and DST Global Solutions.
Arun joins at a pivotal moment for the business. Tumelo recently launched ProxyBeacon, its AI-powered proxy research tool, and its ProxySphere pass-through voting infrastructure is now live with six of the largest fund managers globally, 25+ of their asset owner clients, and over £300bn AUM on the platform.
